Net Com Development has forged a close relationship with T-Mobile to provide complete turn-key solutions and project management of various scopes. In each case we are required to bring the project in on time and within the pre-determined budget.
New Site Construction and Deployment: This requires Net Com to build complete cellular facilities from scratch. This includes various types of facilities from raw land (monopoles, flagpoles, etc.) to roof tops and water towers. This has required Net Com to provide RF integration, complete electrical installation, civil & masonry work, custom steel fabrication, crane picks, generator installation, and much more.
Emergency Repairs and Upgrades to Existing Facilities: Net Com has also been contracted by T-Mobile to provide upgrades to existing T-Mobile facilities as well as be on-call to make necessary emergency repairs. The scope of this work varies from the expansion of an existing site, addition of new equipment or simply the repair of a damaged roof.
Metro PCS/ T-Mobile: BCI Communications Inc. (BCI), an end-to-end provider of out-sourced wireless construction services has contracted with Net Com Development to provide complete construction services for the building of new sites for Metro PCS and T-Mobile. These site builds vary from deployment of RF antennas on chimneys, room buildouts as well as standard roof-top dunnage facilities.
Sprint- WiMax: BCI has also utilized Net Com Development for the upgrade deployment of a multitude of Sprint WiMax facilities. In this case Net Com was the biggest contractor expanding the capabilities of existing Sprint sites on the whole of Long Island while working on seveal other sites in the five boroughs.

Northrop Grumman has contracted with Net Com Development to provide site construction services for the New York Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DOITT).
Emergency Services: Net Com Development has been contracted by Northrop Grumman to procure, and implement voice and data radio networks, which include sites and towers, RF infrastructure equipment, microwave backbones, and fiber optic networks. These linked sites provide a redundant secure network for all first responder departments (Police, Fire, EMT, etc.) operated by the City of New York.
Bechtel, one of the preeminent contracting companies in the world has contracted with Net Com Development for the development of new AT&T /Cingular sites as well as the upgrade UMTS modification of existing sites.
AT&T /Cingular Site Construction: Bechtel has contracted with Net Com Development to build a multitude of AT&T facilities that really challenge the imagination. Sites include the construction of wireless sites attached to high voltage Con-Ed towers, multi antenna flagpole facilities built on raw land as well as several sites that require custom built stealthing. Few of these sites could be considered standard “cookie cutter” type and challenge Net Com to be imaginative and resourceful while delivering a exceptional end product.
UMTS Modification: In an effort to upgrade existing AT&T sites Bechtel contracted with Net Com Development to modify the sites to accept new UMTS supported services. This entails the upgrading of electrical service, removal and/or re-positioning of existing equipment, installation of UMTS equipment (crane services), installation of new antennas and mounts, new RF cabling, testing and site turnover.
